Can you post the solution for those of us that haven't worked it out?

Yeh, I think I know what the problem is with trying to get it up (by this I mean the signature image) on these forums as a signature image.

Since there is no allowance to directly use the img bbcode tag in the signature, you'll have to save the image to your desktop and then upload via the options within the forum signature editor.

Only issue with doing that is that the image saves as a .bmp, so I had to photoshop it to get it right, and change its file type.

Hmm, it should output as a PNG. Oh well, at least you got it...

For those wondering why it ain't working btw, I'm fiddling :x created a bug... now squashing it

what i did is fill in the form and the image you get of it filled out i right clicked on
it and clicked save image then uploaded it on the sig

i was messing round and saw the image underneath my signature box.
when i clicked the image it added [sig][pic] writing in my sigbox i then copied the bbcode in the middle of it so i had [sig]random code[pic] and it came up.

when uploading from my desktop it said invalid file also when i tried doing it by html it said invalid file???

Updated and hopefully bug free atm.

Can now change the name tag with one of three options:

"Train2Game Student"
"T2G Student"
"Student"

People with longer names can now use them without it looking too ugly!

Also, added "Games Artist" to the courses.

Will now have to write up a mini, step by step guide how to put it into the forum signature.

And then maybe make some alternate template sizes etc...

Also what is annoying is that if we want to update our TMA marks is that we're going to have to use the link again and manually change them.

Unfortunately, I can't really do anything about that.

Since the details of the student TMA's etc are accessible only by the Train2Game staff and the student themselves, I wont be able to read that information (since some people might want to keep that information private anyway).

The other solution would be to just use an img bbcode link to the page, and then just change the link for a new one later. But can't atm since bbcode images are blocked as I mentioned in a previous post.

To help ease the pain of changing / updating the links / images, I could add a link to go back to the page and have all the information filled out like the last time it was, but you would still have to save the image and upload it again due to the bbcode restriction.

Update: Just added that "Back to this page" link to allow you to keep it and just go straight back and only have to alter the image.
